You adhere to our product design guidelines, ensuring that all Loop products conform to the same appearance. You are a master at reviewing the work of designers to ensure exceptional quality on all design projects, while maintaining brand consistency. And when you encounter challenges along the way, you handle them like a pro with determination and drive.
What will you do
- Manage the growing design team of industrial designers, focusing on new product aesthetics and styling specialists, focusing on seasonal launches, special editions and co-branded products.
- Build a strong team of amazing industrial designers and style specialists.
- Inspire the design team and spark it with a quick sketch or creative preview. And guide them in a strong approach to design flagship products in a structured way.
- In new product development projects, you will work closely with the Head of Product Management and Engineering as a leadership team, ensuring design quality throughout all stages of the project.
- In Style Projects, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and Creative Director to grow Loop into a lifestyle brand by ensuring the quality of all special launches.
- Improve internal product development processes by implementing or improving the way we work.
- Responsible for product design guidelines and the bible, protecting the look and feel of all Loop products. An additional challenge here is that 99% of our sales are based internationally.
- Review the work of designers to ensure high quality on all design projects.
- Maintain brand consistency in all our marketing projects.
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure product development timelines are met.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and trends.
- Improve the design of existing products.
- Control budgets and direct planning.
- How will you do it:
- +12 years of experience in industrial product design in the consumer goods industry
- At least 4 years of experience in scaling, leading and developing teams
- Premium brand experience required
- Degree in industrial design, design or product development
- Fluent English
- You can work one day a week in our office in Antwerp – the rest of the week the choice of location is yours

Support the print production process when needed to prepare files for manufacturing
