Animator
Job Description
As an Animator, your primary responsibility will be to produce exceptional character, creature, and vehicle movements using a blend of hand-key animation and motion capture techniques. You will work closely with designers, artists, and engineers to breathe life into characters and environments for a turn-based strategy game that takes place in the Star Wars universe.
Responsibilities:
- Author motion for gameplay and cinematic scenes using a combination of hand-key and motion capture methods.
- Animate cameras for gameplay and cinematic moments.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to animators and rigging artists by participating in animation rounds.
- Create and maintain animation graphs to support the implementation of animation assets.
- Aid in the organization and maintenance of large libraries of motion.
- Support rigging artists in the creation of new rigs and skinning of skeletal meshes.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the principles of animation.
- Multiple shipped games, preferably using Unreal Engine.
- Experience using 3D software (Maya and/or Motion Builder preferred).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our Brand Marketing team is seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic and motivated, enjoys tackling challenges, and is eager to collaborate with various franchises to develop innovative campaigns. The chosen candidate will work closely with the marketing strategy and B2B marketing teams to address franchise-led cross-category strategies. They will oversee the creation and distribution of creative toolkits for regional and global use as needed, with a particular focus on Star Wars, Disney Princess, and Frozen. Areas of Responsibility
- Work with the Consumer Products, Games and Publishing (CPGP) franchise commercial team to create localised plans around global initiatives to drive relevance across EMEA
- Work with the insights team, franchise strategy, media strategy and the PR team to identify white space opportunities for CPGP and develop compelling regional marketing campaign plans that can be deployed across EMEA markets by local teams
- Update the Senior Production and Operations Manager and Senior Marketing Strategy Manager on milestones to ensure all workstreams for the campaigns are scheduled and tracking on budget, including: media planning; PR and communications; social engagement, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)
- Drive the development and execution of seasonal and category-led campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams across franchise, communications, retail marketing and digital to execute campaigns
- Collaborate with the CPGP media planning team to build creative marketing briefs and actively participate in planning meetings with the creative team to develop effective marketing creative to support campaigns
- Effectively control allocated marketing budget secured through AOP and work with finance team to reconcile budgets assigned to each marketing campaign
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
- Degree level education in a related field or equivalent work experience with a background in brand marketing
- Significant experience in campaign management and delivery of multi-platform campaigns including retail, experiential, digital and above the line marketing
- Experience in developing cross-category marketing campaigns that cover multiple product categories across consumer products
- Strong digital marketing and social engagement experience
- Proven experience of managing and working within allocated budgets
Skills Required
- Excellent operational marketing skills from KPI setting, campaign planning and creative concept development, budget tracking, stakeholder management, creative briefing, through to campaign activation across multiple audience platforms
- Proven ability to manage and deliver successful marketing campaigns

Influencer Manager
Job Description
The position reports to the Senior Influencer Manager and is primarily responsible for overseeing artist influencer marketing campaigns. This includes establishing and managing a network of creators/influencers in the UK and globally, as well as identifying and facilitating collaboration opportunities between artists and influencers.
Responsabilities
Be Organised
- Maintain a local and global network of creators.
- Manage your time effectively to make sure labels are resourced fairly and business priorities are understood.
- Document pricing, performance and best practice, making sure this is then shared back into the business in the most engaging format. Explore the role of dashboards in this space.
Be Analytical
- Analyse the performance of campaigns across UK labels and International markets.

- Work with labels to understand their reporting priorities to help shape KPI tracking.

In this role, you’ll:
Front Desk Management:
- Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and be an on-site point of contact, easily located on the member floor or at Community Bar.
- Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
- Ensure all visiting guests are in accordance with WeWork’s guest policy by ensuring all guests properly sign in via Welkio iPad.
- Learn the names of members and guests with the goal of building relationships in order to facilitate the sense of Community WeWork is known for.
- Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their experience.
- Ensure building Specific forms are up to date including pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests, etc.
- Keep the front desk clean and organized.
- Notify members of any food deliveries and couriers.
- Answer any questions from members and guests related to the building including way-finding, policies and procedures, community etiquette, etc.
Events and Membership Engagement:
- Provide feedback on programming types (based on member makeup) and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact on the appropriate event team.
- Consistently celebrate members’ successes and milestones through gifts and notes.
- Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including the Creation and posting of weekly events posters and individual event posters.
- Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, HVAC, etc).

- Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other.
- Know and recommend local restaurants, food delivery services, catering options, team outing venues, post offices, shipping centres, supply stores, etc.
- Be active on the WeWork member network to engage members.

- Ensure music levels and activations are appropriate to the daypart and occasion.
- Write and send broadcasts relating to building updates.
Building Operations and Management:
- Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail.
- Locate and issue posts via the regional system to members upon request.
- Keep the mailroom organized and clean.
- Return to senders’ for unidentified mail and former member mail after 30 days of no-pick up.
- Ensure courier parcels have all the correct details for scheduled pick-ups.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve ‘lost’ packages.
- Know and explain WeWork policies and procedures around mail and mailroom.
- Track, audit, and organize keys collected and distributed.
- Manage keycard stock and request new inventory as needed.
- Collect keys and key cards upon move-out.
- Review the location and how to use each piece of Emergency Equipment.
- Provide support for an automated coffee machine for guests and members.

Senior Artist
Job Description
Squeeze is seeking a Layout Artist responsible for executing the cinematic aspects of their projects. As a "digital camera operator," this individual will be responsible for framing camera shots and creating basic animations for preview purposes. This may involve character blocking, rough lighting, and effects, depending on the layout presentation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Following the director’s call, create camera shots and their movements for all production sequences;
- Establish camera angles and animate when necessary;
- Check the conformity and the continuity of the sequences;
- Work in collaboration with other departments to develop technical approaches for the sequences of each project;
- Assist in the development of a pipeline for the layout department;
- Ensure adequate technical specifications in the configuration of layout scenes.

YOU HAVE
- A DEC/AEC diploma or university education related to the position (3D animation, multimedia, VFX, etc.);
- At least 6 years' experience in a VFX or CG production pipeline;
- Good knowledge of Maya;
- Good general knowledge of camera, modelling, and animation;
- A developed artistic sense;
- A good eye for composition and perspective;
- Experience in editing, lighting, and compositing, a plus;
- Knowledge of scripting with Mel or Python, a plus;
- Experience in animation, is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience modelling game development modelling environments and props.
- Knowledge in organic and hard surface activities.
- Have delivered a PC, console or mobile title as a character animator.
- VFX skills.
- Competence in one or more related disciplines - 2D or 3D concept design, level art or technical art.

- Portfolio and/or reel demonstrating the relevant artistic skills required (PDF format preferred).
- Online artwork submissions will be accepted (eg website, blog or online album).
- Must be willing to take an art test if requested.

Art Director
Job Description
The role of the artistic director entails demonstrating leadership and creativity in formulating a project vision that not only meets but surpasses studio standards and adheres to production guidelines. They play a crucial role in the creative and qualitative aspects of the project within the boundaries set by the client and creative director. With the supervision of the creative director and in collaboration with the VFX supervisor, the artistic director transforms the client's vision into a visual work of art. Moreover, they keep track of the project's overall artistic vision at significant junctures during production, working alongside the CG supervisor and the production team.

- A minimum of 8 years in artistic direction, production design, conceptual work or illustration, in the field of Animation;
- A sense of initiative for exceeding expectations;
- The ability to manage, prioritize and assign tasks and solve problems;
- Thorough knowledge of Photoshop;
- Knowledge of After Effects or Nuke is an asset.
- Completes and rationalizes the creative vision (Art): builds the artistic bible from the elements received from the client’s brief and the creative director;
- Supervises, guides and validates conceptual illustrations of characters and/or environments (references, mood boards, etc.); makes assignments and follows up accordingly (Set/Props Designers/Character Designers team);
- Ensures, at key times determined with the VFX sup, that character and environment models, textures/shading, surfacing, lighting/compositing and 2D special effects match the graphic rules determined in the bible; supervises/performs paint overs if necessary;
- Works closely with the production manager and human resources regarding talent management, training needs, performance evaluations, and downtime optimization to ensure that the departments he supervises develop, and have the right teams with the right profiles to deliver projects on time and in quality.
