As an art director, you will work with a copywriting partner to develop various types of creative content, from performance-driven ads to integrated brand campaigns and activations. You will create visually-engaging and concept-driven designs for social-first content and play a crucial role in production, pre-production, and post-production for video, photo, and experiential projects.
The Farmer’s Dog is dedicated to creating a competitive compensation package and supportive company environment that allows every team member to thrive. They believe in providing a base compensation that reflects market data and performance and also offering equity ownership in the company, allowing each member to build their personal wealth as the company grows. The anticipated hiring base compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $89,000 USD Annual, and the total compensation package will be market competitive and include equity ownership. The equity’s value will be discussed at the time of the offer. The salary range is based on NYC market data, and if you are applying out-of-state, the compensation may differ.
