Lead UI / Visual Design (m/f)

Description

We currently needed a highly adaptive, creative and inspiring Lead UI/Visual Designer to be an integral part of our design team. As a Lead UI/Visual Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on our flagship product “Heroes of Mavia” and help us create high quality gaming experiences that rival existing AAA game titles outside of crypto. If you are passionate about designing beautiful and functional user interfaces, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Design a beautiful and functional user interface using your exceptional skills in composition and layout, typography, graphic design, logos and buttons, and color theory.
• Clearly communicate concepts and designs using sketches, high-fidelity compositions, and prototypes.
• Intermingle UI into Unity, working closely with engineers to confirm gameplay accuracy.
• Leverage user research and analytics to solve and optimize usability and/or customer experience issues.
• Develop the continuous design tools and processes, focused on creativity and innovation.
• Ensure obligingness with company policies and process and support the company’s goal, values and standards of ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work knowledge with a focus on product design and UI on a variety of platforms including games, web, and mobile apps.
• Stellar portfolio demonstrating advanced UI art, typography, iconology and color theory.
• Experience with Unity and UI implementation is a plus.
• Passion for a repetitive design process, inspired by group critique.
• Positive leader and team player

Terms

• Hours of work: The candidate must be available to work from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. from 6 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
• Good interrelation: The candidate must have a reliable internet using to ensure smooth communication and participation with the team.
• Mandatory equipment: The candidate must have a working microphone and camera to participate in virtual meetings and conference calls.
