    Job Details

    • Reporting to the Head of Production and Head of Game, you will directly manage a team of producers while organizing and motivating the development team.
    • You will have experience in successfully managing large-scale projects throughout the project life cycle, including experience in building post-launch strategy.
    • You will be expert in understanding and anticipating the demands of a console development team, creating efficient pipelines and unlocking dependencies to support and drive the smooth implementation and delivery of exceptional gaming experiences .

    Role You Play:

    • Work with Game Lead, Design Director, and Project Director’s group on project direction, planning, and scope
    • Interpret designs and specifications in tasks and content of milestones and deliverables
    • Planning, monitoring and resourcing; risk management and escalation; identify and resolve pipeline and workflow efficiency
    • Adapt to change while maintaining a credible project plan
    • Establish robust and sustainable systems for an extended broadcast strategy, including live production
    • Ownership of the project’s Jira database; responsible for resolving, prioritizing and maintaining tasks/tickets
    • Manage direct reports and the extended team to deliver exceptional work in a positive, constructive and enjoyable environment
    • Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners
    • Work with QA managers to ensure all testing requirements are covered
    • Promote improvements to the Studio’s broader production practices

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Extensive production management roles, in the games industry, on large-scale console projects
    • Experience developing and mentoring a team of producers and motivating a larger multidisciplinary team
    • Demonstrable ability to combine studio and player requirements into a development roadmap that continues to improve title quality and end-user experience
    • A self-starter, highly organized and proactive, with excellent time management, planning and communication skills
    • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in production methodologies
    • Thorough knowledge of industry standard software (Jira, Perforce, etc.)
    • Experience with Unreal advantageous
    • Experience managing games as a service in a beneficial production role
    • Ability to work in the press
