We need an experienced Lead Artist or 3D Assistant (Generalist) who has a passion for creating 3D art. Experience working across a variety of styles/purposes with experience in Engine and Z-Brush/Marvelous Designer (soft fabrics and apparel) would be an advantage for this role.
You’ll work on an exciting new AAA video game title alongside our design team, helping turn initial ideas into working game assets. interpretation from concept sketch to high and low poly modeling, UV mapping and texture baking, as well as software skills and knowledge for each of these steps.
An eye-catching wallet is a must.

We are looking for people who want to join our team:
- Quality at all stages of the process – Creation of cleanly modeled 3D models, organized, well-presented and defined workflows and files, from initial blocking to final model and maps.
- Design thinking – Solve creative problems when adapting a 2D concept, balancing form and function, always being aware of the entire pipeline and requirements
- Technical Proficiency – Max/Maya/Blender, Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance, Marmoset, Photoshop and an understanding of common developer software and tools. An understanding and interest in real-world mechanics would also be an advantage.
- Fundamentals of Art – A solid understanding of proportion, figure and anatomy.
- Variety and Iteration – The ability to provide multiple creative options and then iterate on them as projects progress.
- Adaptability – Quick and seamless switch to new requirements and processes when needed.
- Work to a brief – Understand creative briefs, then consider things like context, deadlines, and creative constraints when solving tasks.
- Time Management – Create high quality work on time.
- Collaboration – Receptive to receiving feedback and working with teammates and clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in 3D Art (ideally in video games); create 3D models and textures.
- You have gone through the full development cycle of at least 2 games.
- Thorough knowledge of current 3D software and tools.
- Strong technical understanding of game development 3D creative processes from start to finish.
- Creative spirit with a very good sense of detail.
- Ability to provide high and low poly assets.
- knowledge of creating efficient meshes that are good for performance.
- Create well-arranged, high-quality textures suitable for traditional and PBR pipelines.
- Experience in ZBrush.
- Experience in UE4 is desirable.
- Experience in Marvelous Designer.
