At its core, 3D CityScapes Inc. believes in creating virtual solutions for real-world problems. We are a 3D visualization startup that works with public and private organizations to create high quality software applications to help customers overcome their problems. Since its inception in 2019, 3DCS has worked with clients in the proptech, digital twin, smart building and real estate sectors, both in Canada and abroad.
Our projects are global and so is our team. We are located in Toronto, but have recently transitioned to a remote work environment and are looking to add a permanent full-time senior 3D artist to join our production team. The ideal candidate is a team player, excels at working remotely, and shares our organization’s goal of creating high-quality virtual environments for problem solving.

Skills and Requirements
What will you Do:
Working with the Project Manager and the rest of the production team, you will play an important role in modeling infrastructure, hero buildings, props, and supporting other deliverables. Applicants who have experience creating renders, hotspot tours, and videos in Unreal Engine 5 are strongly desired.
You are someone who has:
- Three to five years of real-world experience in 3D game art and level design
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling software (Maya, 3DS Max, Houdini, Blender, etc.)
- One to three years of experience with Substance Designer creating textures
- Three to five years of experience working with Unreal Engine
- Good knowledge of shaders in Unreal Engine
- A strong desire to collaborate and build something with others
- A keen eye for detail and attention to virtual environments
- A good attitude to receive and give feedback to your peers
- Nice to have:
- Post-secondary education in 3D art, modeling, game or level design
- Some knowledge of path tracing and setting up camera paths in UE
- Basic knowledge of using 3D hotspot tours
- Intermediate Photoshop experience
- Familiarity with MS Office suite applications
