Each piece in Assemblage Collection treats wood as both material and structural language. Supports, beams, planes, and voids are arranged with a visible sense of load, balance, and tension, giving the furniture the presence of a reduced architectural model. Tables, seating, and domestic elements are not presented only as functional objects, but as small constructions where proportion, weight, and span become part of the experience. The typology moves between furniture design and miniature architecture, using familiar domestic forms to test how buildings can be imagined through objects.
Triptyque approaches the collection through its long-standing interest in naturalist and rationalist architecture. Led by Guillaume Sibaud and Olivier Raffaëlli, the French-Brazilian agency was founded in São Paulo in 2000 and later in Paris in 2008, developing public and private projects across residential, corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and research sectors. In Assemblage Collection, this architectural background becomes visible in the precision of the joints, the rhythm of structural lines, and the way each object suggests a possible building condensed into wood.
Breton brings the collection into dialogue with original Brazilian furniture and sustainable production. With nearly six decades of history, the brand works around family, sustainability, and Brazilian design, supported by its B Corporation certification and its EcoBreton program. Certified raw materials, renewable sources, recycling systems, reverse logistics, and production efficiency form part of the operational context behind the collaboration. As a carbon negative company according to the GHG Protocol, Breton extends the architectural ambition of Assemblage into a broader material responsibility.
The collaboration also reflects how furniture can carry the intellectual scale of architecture without losing its domestic purpose.
