DECO: On The Radio

DECO: On The Radio

DECO’s “On The Radio” starts with a familiar little thrill: hearing a song and feeling it belongs to you and your friends. The track puts that feeling inside bright, driving synth-pop, with big hooks and a darker edge beneath the rush. It is less about fame than the moment when an ordinary night seems full of possibility.

The song is about big dreams and spontaneous nights with your favourite people. That gives the radio its place in the story. The song coming through the speakers could be something the band made or a track a group of friends have claimed as their own. Either way, hearing it changes the moment. The outside world can wait while everyone sings along.

“On The Radio” leads DECO’s second album, Dreamhouse, a record built around the idea of creating a place to escape the noise of everyday life. Here, that escape is not a grand fantasy. It is a song coming on at the right time, friends around you, and the sense that the night might still go somewhere.
