Mary Middlefield´s “Summer Affair” is a radiant indie-pop pulse of free warmth and unfiltered joy. Written by Middlefield (real name Maria Mitterfellner) and Yvan Vindret is a song with shimmering guitars, breezy rhythms, and emotionally charged vocals. It captures the fleeting magic of a sun-drenched moment of liberation. It’s a soundtrack for dancing barefoot and reclaiming spontaneity, feeling deeply, loving boldly, and breaking every rule that dims their spark.
