Alex Garant, master of duplicity in oil paintings, creates hyperrealistic portraits that dare the viewer to amplify their senses to decipher her paintings.
Known as the international Queen of Double Eyes, Garant started as a visual artist graduate from Notre-Dame–De-Foy College in Quebec, Canada. She also acquired education for special effects make-up and artistry. However, her nosedive into her passion for art was incited by a heart attack in 2012, totally transforming her outlook on life and the world.
