Already Legends: 1 Of Them Ones

Already Legends’ “1 Of Them Ones” turns group chemistry into a running statement of self-belief. The Detroit hip hop collective, made up of SAVAGESPITFLAMEZ, SAM TATE, SQUAD, and L.O.E BOOG, place themselves in Chicago while trading boasts, references, threats, money talk, and flashes of humor across a long, restless verse. “Already legends” arrives early and keeps returning, establishing the position the four members claim before they start filling it with details.

Those details move as fast as the voices. Julio, Black Panther, Temple Run, Red Light Green Light, and snowball fights appear alongside studio work, resumes, profit, haters, and the repeated reminder of where they come from. STACKS CULTURE provides the production, while the four members bring different personalities into the same stream. The lyrics are less interested in building a single story than in showing how much each voice can throw into the mix without losing the collective identity.

“1 Of Them Ones” keeps that momentum through its second half, where another round of flexes and confrontations leads back to the same declaration. Detroit remains behind the group even as Chicago supplies the setting. They introduce themselves as legends, then spend the track showing what that means to them—grounding Midwest hip-hop in lived realities that contrast with the reflective vulnerability heard on Pandaraps: something similar to all the things we don’t amount to.
