Autoheart: Sad Divide

Autoheart´s “Sad Divide” grapples with the complex and often painful paradox of human relationships. The fact that we can be so connected yet feel so distant. Using cinematic soundscapes and evocative lyricism, the song explores the fractures that form in our emotional bonds, the spaces between us that seem impossible to bridge. Jody Gadsden, the band’s lead vocalist, describes the inspiration behind the song: “We wanted to capture that feeling of trying to bridge a gap that feels impossible to cross”.  And they accomplish that by blending melancholy with moments of soaring euphoria.
