Alinta Energy “True Power” animation by BUCK
Collaborating with Alinta Energy and BMF, BUCK embarked on an ambitious journey to envision Australia’s clean energy future. The project centered around a striking 3D-animated visualization that captured the nation’s evolving energy mix, showcasing the transition from traditional energy sources to newer, more sustainable alternatives. Through this visual narrative, Alinta Energy highlighted its ongoing progress towards clean energy, acknowledging the journey’s challenges while reaffirming that a fully renewable future remains achievable.
The creative team adopted a comprehensive CG approach, crafting a hyper-real environment that was both relatable and aspirational. The decision to use CG provided unparalleled creative freedom, enabling the creation of entirely new worlds that remained grounded in familiarity. At the heart of the animation were two distinct machines, serving as symbolic representations of the shift from old energy paradigms to cleaner, greener solutions. This metaphorical framework seamlessly balanced artistic creativity with technical complexity, ensuring the machines effectively conveyed the narrative of transformation.
