Dean Nelson´s “Skin2Skin” has his voice standing with its emotionalism while the instrumental section develops sophisticated textures. Mixing touching voice melodies and skilled flows, the poem portrays a longing for intimacy and a willingness to go out of one’s way to be with a desired someone. The feelings are expressed openly and demonstrate a readiness to be there for the person emotionally and physically. The climax comes with a dirty and strong guitar solo that adds a rock entropy to the song.
