Formed from a combination of reflective resin and solid brass, the Jade coffee tables look like precious gems.
The surface is made by hand in resin of 10 cm high: each one takes over a week to cast. Thanks to a handcrafted surface treatment, special brass veins characterize the structure of the coffee tables. Inspired by the magical mineral color palette of Transparency matters, these coffee tables are featured by ethereal transparency, luxurious sensitivity, and a reflective surface that plays poetically with the light, reflecting your gaze as a functional work of art. JADE coffee tables are a part of “Transparency Matters”.
For this capsule collection, Draga & Aurel have interpreted the power of transparency to illuminate, delight, transform and distort. Inspiring by the Minimalism’s simplified volumes, the retro-futuristic experimentation of Space Age design and the eye-bending patterns of Optical Art, they have brilliantly synthesized these varied influences to build an all-new collection, entirely fabricated by hand in their Como atelier.
