Submission Guidelines
At Visual Atelier 8, we are dedicated to discovering and showcasing creative talent across multiple disciplines, including art, design, music, fashion, architecture, and technology. If you are a creator pushing the boundaries of visual expression, we want to hear from you! Follow the guidelines below to submit your work for a chance to get featured in our publication.
Who Can Submit
We welcome submissions from emerging and established creators, including visual artists, designers, architects, filmmakers, digital creators, tech innovators, etc.
What To Submit
Please ensure that all the following elements are included:
- Portfolio or Project Images: High-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format with full credits. Please submit 5-10 images that best represent your project or portfolio. For videos or digital media, include links to YouTube, Vimeo, or other platforms.
- Project Description: A brief description (200-300 words) explaining the concept, process, and inspiration behind your work. Feel free to elaborate on the materials used, techniques, or any innovative approaches.
- Bio: A short biography (100-150 words) outlining your background, career, or artistic journey. Include your name, location, and any relevant achievements or exhibitions.
- Links: Provide any relevant links to your portfolio, website, or social media handles.
How To Submit
- Email your submission to contact@visualatelier8.com with the subject line “Feature Submission – Your Name or Project Title”.
- For images use services like WeTransfer or Dropbox for larger files.
- No attachments – For security purposes, all submission details must be included in the email body.

Publishing Fee
Selected creatives will be required to pay a fee of 88 € to be published. This contribution supports our independent publication and allows us to continue providing a platform for showcasing talents.
Additional Information
- By submitting, you agree that Visual Atelier 8 has permission to feature your work across our website and social media platforms, with proper credit.
- Ensure that all submitted content is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Response Time
We review all submissions carefully. If your work is selected, you will receive a response within 7-14 business days. Due to the high volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every submission individually.
