Koomeh Villa by Mrk Office
Mrk Office presents Koomeh Villa, a residential project situated in Peymod, Mazandaran, Iran. Designed by principal architect Mohammadreza Kohzadi and his team, this project seamlessly integrates into the natural landscape, utilizing advanced tools like Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
The design concept revolves around a flexible shell with an organic shape, inspired by the unique topography of the site. This malleable structure, resembling dough, contours to the slope of the land, creating a cohesive form that rises prominently in public spaces while maintaining a lower profile in other areas. This dynamic form not only serves structural purposes but also functions as entrances to various sections of the villa.
The collaboration with Narges Sefidabi and visualizations by Armin Saraei and Ghazal Aliyan have contributed to realizing this harmonious blend of architecture and environment. With a built area of 540 m² on a vast site of 110 hectares, Koomeh Villa stands as a testament to innovative and environmentally integrated residential design.
