With “Diorama”, singer-songwriter and digital artist Laila Smith blurs the line between music and interactive storytelling. The single arrives alongside an immersive, explorable environment, which Smith calls a “digital twin” of the physical diorama featured in her album art. Inspired by ‘90s FMV aesthetics and early internet art, “Diorama” transforms deeply psychological themes into interactive elements: a leaking hydrant spills childhood memory into adult space.
