Leo Nocta and Exit Coda’s “Meteoros – Electronic” is a collaboration between two production logics that should pull against each other and instead find a shared atmosphere. Leo Nocta comes from the piano, from intimate composition, from the single note that carries color. Exit Coda arrived through Berlin’s club floors, basslines built for physical displacement. What the track does is hold both without resolving the difference.
Deep house is the frame, but the organic and progressive house elements push the structure past utility. The atmospheric layer that Exit Coda carries into their work meets something more melodic underneath, a harmonic patience that does not belong to the dancefloor tradition. Club tempo with stillness inside it, percussion that lands and leaves room, space the track does not rush to close.
Part of a 2026 EP with an extended mix and a solo Leo Nocta version alongside, “Meteoros – Electronic” is the fullest form of the idea, the place where both origins are present and neither takes the room. Four minutes where the piano instinct and the Berlin floor instinct occupy the same structure without explanation. The meteor is still falling at the end.
