“Proofbullet”, by Lorraine Bleu tells the story of a soldier’s experiences and the impact of war, conveying the emotional and psychological toll of war on a soldier and the plea for understanding and love from a loved one back home. With fresh rock sound where you can find some known traces and yet carries a personal sound, the composition emphasizes the ever-present danger (“Proofbullet”) and the soldier’s resignation to the possibility of death. Wishing to be awakened when fate seems to be sealed.
