MICELIO & REVERENCE Design for NEUTRA
With over 140 years of expertise in marble and natural stone supply and processing, NEUTRA continues its innovative journey, spurred by Emanuele Chicco Busnelli’s arrival in 2022. The company introduces new high-design and executive value furniture collections that seamlessly blend architectural language and values into living spaces. These unique pieces, crafted by esteemed international designers such as atelier oï, Draw Studio, Foster + Partners, Gabriele e Oscar Buratti, Mario Bellini, Migliore+Servetto, Nespoli e Novara, and Zaha Hadid Architects, embody NEUTRA’s vision for distinctive living and bathroom area furnishings.
REVERENCE is an elegant lamp-sculpture available in both floor and table models that explores the duality of light and stone. Named after the French word “reverence” meaning “bow” the lamp reflects its subtle motion as it adjusts to direct the light beam. Its structure features two white Carrara marble elements—a base and a diffuser—connected by a bronzed brass joint. These hollowed-out elements create an interplay of full and empty spaces, allowing the diffuser to be adjusted for different light distributions. This dual nature makes REVERENCE both a sculptural object and a functional, evolving piece. Available in two sizes (table version: 16x16x75 cm and floor version: 24x24x145 cm), it adds sophisticated elegance to any room.
The MICELIO modular low table system is inspired by the vegetative structure of mushrooms. This unique design combines two sculpted elements, enabling endless configurations that dynamically define the domestic landscape. The compositions can vary in length and depth, with a height of 42/63 cm, providing versatile support or seating solutions for residential and hospitality settings. The flowing shape enhances the natural stone’s beauty, highlighted by its irregular veins, creating a stylish contrast with the stone’s inherent hardness. Available in white Carrara marble, MICELIO can be customized with different marble options upon request.
Swiss design studio atelier oï, founded by Aurel Aebi, Armand Louis, and Patrick Reymond, announced its collaboration with NEUTRA during Milano Design Week 2024. Their goal is to enhance NEUTRA’s core culture of natural materials and stone. These new collections from atelier oï highlight NEUTRA’s dedication to blending nature’s poetic language with innovative design, offering pieces that bring sophistication and elegance to modern living spaces.
