The “160_Villa along the Brenta Riviera” is an elegant single-family house designed by the renowned Venice-based firm MIDE Architetti. The project emphasizes the synergy between architectural functionality and site potential, crafting a home that seamlessly integrates privacy, openness, and environmental responsiveness. Developed on a single level, the villa’s design harmonizes with its surroundings, creating a refined balance between shelter and connection to the expansive private garden.
The house is meticulously oriented to optimize exposure and meet the specific needs of its occupants. Two distinct outdoor spaces serve different purposes: the southern area, with its wide windows and a shaded portico, opens up to picturesque views of the countryside, while the northern area is deliberately shielded from the road, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
The northeast wing of the villa accommodates essential functional spaces such as a garage, laundry room, and bathroom. The west side is dedicated to the living area, comprising the kitchen and living room, which extend outdoors through a covered space, creating a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The eastern section houses private quarters, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom stands out with its en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, enhanced by a large south-facing glass door that invites natural light and offers serene views of the garden.
