Furuheim first appeared as Safariari in 2001, then released Goa Way and Iglodisco, followed by remixes, the Se Frosken EP and “Karlek.” He later stepped away from music after becoming a father. “smask” brings him back to the lush electronic sound associated with his earlier work, while the single also includes “midt på natta” as its B-side. The 25-year gap gives “smask” a clear starting point. The first release came in 2001. This one arrives in 2026.
