Efficiency and intelligence are key principles for SkinCeuticals, distinguishing it from much of the beauty industry that often relies on attractive marketing and long ingredient lists. Unlike these brands, it is dedicated to delivering effective results for the skin. Positioned at the intersection of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, SkinCeuticals is defined by professionals as a cosmeceutical brand, offering clinically proven efficacy in skin improvement.
To emphasize this, the creative team sought to connect the elements of medical procedures, innovation, and product benefits. By drawing a strong visual connection between these components, they developed a series of metaphors to illustrate its commitment to research and evidence-based results. Using the brand’s primary product formulas as their foundation, the team embarked on an extensive visual exploration to highlight the uniqueness and active properties of each product, while maintaining a consistent visual language throughout the series.
Each product was showcased for its specific benefits, such as smoothing and tightening, reducing redness and inflammation, and plumping and contouring. Exploring different materials and textures, the team aimed to showcase SkinCeuticals’ unique position in the market.
