Poilu vases collection started as personal materials research by the design duo studio Bold.
The collection consists of 3D printed vases exploring the possibilities of the printer to implant “hair” to build up the shape. The printer interprets a special code created by the designers composed by coordinates between the logic mathematics to the logic generated by nature. The result is 3 different vases printed with vegetable-based materials like bamboo, wood, or coconut creating powerful and eye-catching pieces with strong organic, contemporary, and artistic value.
