The V House
The V House is located at Lombok is a residential masterpiece completed in 2023 by Architect Alejandro Borrego. It occupies a site area of 2,800 square meters, with a building area of 380 square meters. This architectural marvel exemplifies the interplay between full and empty spaces, resulting in a design that is both light and fluid. A metallic canopy supports the roof, providing protection from the heavy rain and intense sun typical of Lombok’s climate.
The V House was conceived from the client’s poetic aspirations, manifesting as a stunning balcony overlooking the ocean. Positioned atop a hill, it offers a spectacular 360-degree view of the ocean, mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. The house is designed with greenery ever-present, creating a harmonious blend with its natural surroundings.
The house is not only an artistic creation but also a practical and efficient living space. Every aspect of its design serves a specific purpose, ensuring it is a truly livable home. All the spaces within the V House face south, offering uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean, making it a perfect blend of beauty and functionality.
