Cozy Villa by UFO Studio
The Cozy Villa project by UFO Studio is set in the scenic city of Karaj, Iran. Spearheaded by principal architect Bahman Behzadi, the design process began with a central initial box. This foundational element was expanded using a mutated method, creating a series of divisions at various angles. Each section features an open space, providing a unique spatial experience.
At the heart of the villa is a central staircase and a greenhouse, offering access to the upper floor. The ground floor houses the main living spaces, while the first floor includes the primary bedrooms and a living room. The design skillfully merges modern architectural elements with traditional influences, utilizing microcement concrete as the primary material. Cozy Villa exemplifies a thoughtful integration of contemporary and classic design principles, ensuring a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living environment.
