Orbit is a domestic camera whose appearance is the result of the search to integrate home security elements into the aesthetics of the home. Orbit can connect with the devices that are already installed, in terms of functionality; and as for the visual, it can be mixed with the objects of design for their pleasing characteristics to the eye. The aesthetics of Orbit is an innovative vision, based on simplicity, which vindicates the design language and the materials developed to perform in outer space.
Orbit is made with a polycarbonate and fiberglass composite. The main attributes achieved with this material, in addition to durability, are: a very light weight, resistance to shock and high tolerance to changes on the climatic and environmental conditions. Max Dahl, the Orbit designer, paid special attention to details. The packaging and unboxing method reproduce the visual experience of simplicity and logic.
