Jerestop’s “El equilibrio” starts with a moment when everything seems clear, only for that feeling to fade before it can settle. He from relief to thoughts about things beyond reach, then tries to make sense of a mixture of feelings. The song takes a direct approach to a familiar experience: even when things seem fine, the mind can find another reason to feel unsettled.
It don’t try to sort those feelings into categories. “Cosas lindas, cosas feas / Y otras cosas también” captures that confusion in plain words. Happiness and sadness sit alongside desire and frustration, with no clear line between them. The narrator keeps looking for an intermediate point, but the more the song returns to the idea, the less certain that point seems. The repeated “No lo encuentro” gives the ending its shape. There is no sudden insight or resolution, just the same admission coming back until it becomes almost a thought stuck on repeat. That first moment of clarity is still there, but it doesn’t last long enough to offer an answer.
