Fresco Handheld Fruit Analyser
The Fresco handheld fruit analyser represents a breakthrough in non-destructive fruit quality assessment. The project focused on the strategic arrangement of internal components and the creation of an efficient design to house these elements. A visual prototype was developed to simulate the weight and appearance of the final operational device.
Constructed from SLS and SLA 3D printed parts and commercial components, the prototype was painted and assembled with heavy screws to ensure it matched the weight of the anticipated final product. This assembly provided a realistic preview of the functional device.
