Sónar+D has announced its participation in the 30th anniversary celebrations by releasing a unique call for proposals that target artists, studios, groups, and other organizations working at the intersection of art, technology, sciences, and society.
This open call is welcoming submissions from various fields such as sound, music, Web3, Artificial Intelligence (AI), new media art, digital design and creation, and immersive technologies such as augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR).
The chosen projects will have the opportunity to showcase their work to thousands of attendees at the Sónar Barcelona event scheduled for June 15th, 16th and 17th, 2023. The deadline to submit proposals is on Sunday 26th February.
Furthermore, Sónar+D will be unveiling new formats, spaces, and content this year to accommodate any project or idea that wants to be a part of Sónar 2023 and use the platform the festival offers in Barcelona.
