Ufoverse Office lead by Principal Architect Bahman Behzadi, is making waves in the Metaverse with their visionary project titled “Island Villa”. This residential masterpiece seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, perched on a rocky platform that provides a stunning backdrop for this architectural marvel.
Designed with precision and creativity, the Island Villa project encompasses 470 m² of built area within a spacious 1700 m² site. The architectural team, under the guidance of Behman Behzadi, utilized cutting-edge tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-ray, Chaos Vantage, and Adobe Photoshop to bring their innovative concepts to life.
Breaking down the design process into three distinct parts, each space within the villa is meticulously crafted. Public and private areas, corridors, and communication spaces are thoughtfully considered to create a harmonious living experience. The use of concrete materials not only adds a contemporary touch but also ensures durability and a seamless blend with the natural surroundings.
While the design is spearheaded by Bahman Behzadi, the collaborative spirit of the Ufoverse Office is reflected in the collective efforts of the design team. Visualization plays a crucial role in bringing the project to life, and Behzadi himself takes charge of this aspect to ensure that the vision is accurately communicated.
The Island Villa project caters to a private client, offering an exclusive residential experience. As of now, the project is in the Concept-Design phase, promising a future residence that embodies luxury, innovation, and a connection with nature.
