Masquespacio has once again demonstrated its innovative prowess with the design of Novu Waffle, a unique gastronomic destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This project transforms the traditional act of enjoying a waffle into a vibrant, immersive experience, highlighting the design studio’s ability to blend creativity with functionality.
The visual identity of Novu Waffle is dominated by the iconic waffle shape, which becomes a recurring motif throughout the space. From the exterior, the façade and windows captivate with a striking pattern that mirrors the interior’s thematic elements, offering a glimpse of what awaits inside. At the heart of the venue, a central brick structure resembling waffle squares commands attention.
This cubicle, which serves as the seating area, is an immersive design statement, with the waffle theme extending to the tables, stools, and cushions. Overhead, a bright yellow structure adds a lively contrast to the predominantly blue color palette, creating a dynamic and cheerful atmosphere.
Guests are guided through the ordering process by a strategically designed pathway located to the right of the entrance. This route meanders around the central seating area and culminates at a wall adorned with branding, playful imagery, and engaging messages. Every detail in this journey has been carefully curated to amplify the customer experience, ensuring that every visit to Novu Waffle is memorable.
