A round plane figure whose boundary (the circumference) consists of points equidistant from a fixed point (the centre). Our design features and elements that are suitable to the desert climate and lifestyle, including large walls of concrete and glass that showcase views of the natural landscape and open up to outdoor living spaces and materials that hold up well in the harsh heat and insulate the interiors from warm outdoor temperatures.
The Circle as the main concept is a universal symbol with extensive meaning. It represents the notions of totality, wholeness, focus, infinity, unity, timelessness, the Sun, the Moon, the entire Universe. We created an oasis hidden between the two mountains outside of Riyadh. Using the elevation and carving into the rocks the area of the layout became more privet through different levels.
