Situated in Dubai, UAE, this conceptual design envisions a state-of-the-art facility for stem cell-based therapies and rejuvenation. Led by principal architect Peter Stasek, the design team has employed cutting-edge tools such as ArchiCAD, Grasshopper, Rhinoceros, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop to bring this visionary concept to life.

The World Recovery Center aims to revolutionize medical treatments by utilizing a patient’s own stem cells. The concept revolves around harvesting and preserving fat cells, obtained through methods like liposuction, and storing them in a frozen state within the facility.

These preserved stem cells can later be utilized for a wide range of treatments, including cosmetic enhancements, post-accident corrections, and potentially even organ reconstruction through advanced techniques like 3D printing.

The architectural design of the facility is inspired by the organic structure of human muscle fibers. The treatment rooms are housed in a wing supported by two towering elements, each soaring 55 meters high. The entire structure reaches a height of 77 meters.

The floors of the treatment rooms undulate gracefully, resembling the texture of muscle fibers, while the entrance hall takes the form of an oversized stem cell, symbolizing the gateway to regeneration. This spherical structure, positioned atop the first tower, serves as the central reception area for all visitors.

Access to the World Recovery Center begins in the basement, where a gently inclined ramp leads to three glass elevators. Additionally, an enchanting holographic projection of an embryonic stem cell adorns the glass facade, offering a captivating nocturnal display. The second tower accommodates two staircases for emergency purposes, along with additional elevators dedicated to deliveries and supply lines.

The basement houses technical rooms and storage areas for the frozen cells, occupying a substantial area of 5,000 square meters. The upper floors span an impressive 10,000 square meters, providing ample space for treatment facilities and other essential amenities.
