Responsibilities

• Deliver expressive visual content creation concepts for global publishing and product marketing, including concept design, video and audio production, promotional images, graphic design, interactive design, digital content, and more.
• Use inspiration boards, sketches, and 3D compositions to explore creative design concepts
• Responsible for creatively implementing, producing, evaluating, and rewriting shot lists, story outlines, and other useful video content, as well as providing feedback documentation, to help ensure consistency and quality standards between internal and external partners.
• Create branded visual specs based on in-game assets and extend the artistic expression of the game.

Requirements

• Understanding and knowledge of art style trends, standards, and process methods, as well as a preference for a creative, data-driven approach to generating compelling content with measurable results.
• Ability to explore and articulate ideas, not just through engaging graphics, but from concept to execution.
• Self-directed, able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and various artistic abilities.
• Experience in visual design, animation (2D/3D), layout, modeling, storyboarding, character animation, effects, composition, and music editing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Unity, and other art software applications
• Great passion for AAA console games, illustrations, motion graphics, movies and TV shows.
• Experience in advertising and creative companies, film and animation companies, gaming related sectors is a plus.
