Job Description
We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are looking for a customer focused Project Manager to join our Grip team! Gripis web software that automatically generates visual content.
As a Project Manager for Grip, you will work with a range of FMCG industry clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all project related matters. You create, communicate and execute the schedule, track all deliverables, ensure we have all the items we need to start production and match project progress to agreed timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Simultaneously manage CGI projects for our SaaS platform, from launch and client onboarding to delivery.
- Monitor the progress of many jobs within these projects as they are processed through our (standardized) workflows
- Build and improve the relationship with numerous clients while managing expectations and meeting deadlines
- Coordinate internal and external project resources
- Actively participate and lead team meetings regarding project updates
- Create and distribute timelines, statements of work detailing project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Have experience as a project manager/asset producer/delivery manager/traffic manager in the advertising marketing, CG/game, creative/production industry.
- Enjoying working with clients and building good relationships is your priority.
- Are full of energy, with an intrinsic desire to make our customers happy.
- Don’t find managing hundreds of individual jobs and their status scary at all.
- Have excellent communication skills (English) (our company language is English and our customers are located all over the world).
- Understand the design and creation process, and therefore respect and protect the quality of photo realistic visual content.
- Works well with numbers and large number of information (Excel).
- Think and take ownership of project finances.
- A plus if you have skills with Jira.
